Washington State Women's Commission
The Washington State Women’s Commission (WSWC) (Model C) is an executive branch cabinet agency within the Office of Governor Bob Ferguson, supported by an advisory board comprising nine commissioners. The WSWC works to improve the well-being of women and girls by ensuring the government that serves them reflects and prioritizes their needs.
Through a Model C fiscal sponsorship, ESI provides the framework to receive and administer eligible grant funds while WSWC maintains its own organizational identity and day-to-day operations.
Golf Pencil Group
Golf Pencil Group (GPG) (Model A) is a cohort of Seattle teaching artists who bring reflective, inspiring, and integrative writing activities in a weekly class to women incarcerated at King County Correctional Facility. We stand for student affirmation in a traumatic and destabilizing time, and believe our students are agents in their own empowerment and transformation.
Golf Pencil Group is grateful for the support of ESI’s governance knowledge, tax support, and operations skills and abilities. Since signing up with ESI, GPG now has a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and has already started receiving donations through it.
Pride Across the Bridge
Pride Across the Bridge (PAB) (Model A) is dedicated to creating an inclusive, affirming, and supportive community for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in East King County. Through events like Redmond Pride, programs like Beyond Binary Connections, and initiatives like The Big Book of All Things Queer, PAB is actively fostering connection, advocacy, and joy for those who have often been overlooked in this region.
ESI supports the Pride Across the Bridge’s work through an array of back-office services, including financial management, HR, IT, and daily operations support.
South King Emotional Wellness League
South King Emotional Wellness League (SKEWL) (Model A) is a coalition of community volunteers, mental health professionals, and cultural healers who work to make mental health care accessible and affordable for black and brown people. SKEWL provides mental health support and resources to the BIPOC community in a cost-free, low-barrier, easy-to-access way.
Voice to Power Lab
Voice to Power Lab (formerly known as Supporting Partnerships in Education) (Model A) serves immigrant families and BIPOC communities in King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties to transform systemic inequities by engaging families, educators, and community partners in systems change work at local, state, and national levels. Voice to Power Lab's work is done by supporting families in the areas of Community Responses, Capacity Building, and Systems Advocacy.

Washington Cancer Impact Foundation
Washington Cancer Impact Foundation (WCIF) (Model A) was selected by the Andy Hill Cancer Research Endowment (CARE) Board in 2025 to serve as CARE Fund's Program Administrator, pursuant to the Washington State CARE Fund statute. Evergreen Social Impact acts as WCIF’s fiscal sponsor, to provide Andy Hill CARE Fund with the necessary infrastructure to allow Andy Hill CARE Fund to promote cancer research in Washington State.
