Andy Hill CARE Fund

- The Andy Hill Cancer Research Endowment (CARE) Fund invests in cancer research to improve the quality of life for the people of Washington. The CARE Fund is a public-private partnership created and funded by the State of Washington and overseen by the Department of Commerce.
- ESI is the contracted Program Administrator for the CARE Fund. ESI supports the CARE Fund’s work through an array of back-office services including financial management, HR, IT and daily operations support.
Center for Responsible Forestry

- The Center for Responsible Forestry (CRF) works on behalf of all people in Washington State to achieve the permanent protection of the last remaining mature forests on state lands in Western Washington.
- ESI’s fiscal sponsorship will allow CRF to access funding and hire key staff members for expanding communications, fundraising, and public education efforts. CRF is so grateful for this new financial sustainability that would not otherwise be possible.
Golf Pencil Group

- Golf Pencil Group (GPG) is a cohort of Seattle teaching artists who bring reflective, inspiring, and integrative writing activities in a weekly class to women incarcerated at King County Correctional Facility. We stand for student affirmation in a traumatic and destabilizing time, and believe our students are agents in their own empowerment and transformation.
- Golf Pencil Group is grateful for the support of ESI’s governance knowledge, tax support, and operations skills and abilities. Since signing up with ESI, GPG now has a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and has already started receiving donations through it.
People’s Voice on Climate

- People’s Voice on Climate (PVOC) works to promote deliberative democracy as an inclusive pathway to equitable and effective climate action, partnering with communities, organizations, and governments to establish climate assemblies and other deliberative bodies across the United States.
- PVOC uses ESI’s built-in operations infrastructure to support their marketing and outreach, fundraising, and financial management, and has benefited greatly from ESI’s expertise in nonprofit management and extensive leadership network.
