About Us

Founded in 2021, Evergreen Social Impact is a nonprofit fiscal sponsor organization that provides fiduciary services, including governance, funds management, and other administrative services to projects with social-impact missions. We can act as long-term administrative home for tax-exempt and public/private partnership entities, or as a ‘nonprofit incubator’ for new charitable projects that are in start-up mode.  By providing an administrative and operations hub for our sponsored projects, we give them the freedom to focus on their missions.  We are a small but mighty team that values flexibility, dependability, a can-do approach to our work, respect for ourselves and others, and a healthy work-life balance.

Evergreen Social Impact is the fiscal sponsor for Washington United Migrant (WUM). WUM is founded on the principle of migrant-to-migrant support dedicated to empowering migrants to become community leaders and active agents in addressing social and environmental challenges. WUM works across Washington State to support farmworkers and migrant communities in promoting sustainable development through programs that prioritize environmental sustainability and community empowerment. WUM’s mission is to foster equity and inclusion by equipping migrants with the support, resources, and opportunities needed to develop their skills, build sustainable businesses, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. In doing so, WUM aims to improve the well-being of families, ensure a just transition to green and equitable economies, and contribute to the growth and vitality of the communities they call home.
